IQinVision cameras have the ability to run the exacqVision® VMS on the edge. There is no longer a need for a PC or server to manage the video on the network. It is done at the edge on each camera utilizing on-board storage. Customers no longer require a central management video server. Each camera acts as its own VMS and utilizes the cameras on-board storage. Only the Exacq Client software is needed to view live and recorded video
