How to get logs from the HD Express system.
- You will need to setup a network connection ( local is fine ) to that HD Express.
- From another PC using IE enter IP of the HD Express.
- Login is needed (Default is ADMIN / 1234). Once on the unit you will see a few tabs/buttons
- Click on INFORMATION. Inside the box is “NVR Model : 16CH / 480FPS." (or similar)
- Hover the mouse on that period after the S. click on it, and a new IE window should open.
A new page opens, 
Save as nand.txt
Email the file “nand.txt “ back to Vicon Tech Support.
