In addition to an Onfiv Profile and password needing to be created for Axis Cameras to connect to Valerus, enable replay attack protection may also need to be disabled in Axis Cameras for them to connect to Valerus.
This setting can be disabled on the Plain Config page in the Axis camera settings menu as seen in the screenshot below.
