This knowledgebase will help you through setting up and configuring the V9360-1 camera to allow different Dewarping view options in Valerus. Note the most up to date Firmware should be used.

- We recommend doing a Partial factory restore 1st in the camera GUI.
2. Make sure the Fisheye Dewarping is set to 'Back End Software Dewarping':
3. Verify the Video Resolution is set to the parameters below:
4. Verify the Resolution for High and Low is set in Valerus correctly and matches the camera GUI streams resolution. If this is not the same then you may have to remove and add the camera back into Valerus.
5. Verify you have the 360 mode enabled.
