ISSUE:
VAX not connecting to Door Module.
Details:
A door module is not not connecting to VAX Server
- Ping from VAX server OK.
- set correct ip in ODM
- set correct ip for VAX for Panels and for System Setting ' server address'
- programming ok
- set correct ip for VAX for Panels and for System Setting ' server address'
- programming ok
- Panel was updated to latest firmware from Server
**BUT - Testing ping from then Panel utility to Server fails.
ISSUE found was a McAfee firewall was enabled
( had already disabled Windows Firewall )
Once McAfee was disabled ODM came online to VAX and all OK !
